His main focus is on questions concerning the legal, technical and organizational aspects of data protection and IT security. In his capacity as member of the board of the European Expert Group for IT Security (EICAR), he is in ongoing dialog with the IT security industry regarding current legal issues on the interface to information technology.

Jessica Tyler started supporting Data Business Services in April 2023 from Washington, D.C. where she attends George Washington University Law School and is studying for her LLM. Her experience includes working on the data privacy and cybersecurity legal team for a U.S.-headquartered global company for two years. She worked to create a record of data processing activities for the company, automate and streamline the data subject rights request process, respond to regulatory inquiries, and on general privacy compliance.
